Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@braslover.com to request a return authorization number (RA number).
- Once you have received your RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip.
- Mail the item back to us at the following address: Tam Ba Bon – 18438 SE Stephens St, Portland, OR, 97233, 657-259-9999
Please allow 20-30 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a full refund or exchange, as requested.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return instructions above. Once we receive your return, we will ship you the new item as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement item.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Custom-made items
- Gift cards
Damages and Defects
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund.
