- Processing time: We generally process orders within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping option chosen: We offer several shipping methods with varying speeds and costs. You can find estimates for each shipping option during checkout.
- Destination: Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address. Domestic orders typically take 5-10 business days while international orders may take longer.
For the most accurate delivery estimate, you can check the shipping options and their timelines when you’re placing your order. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

I understand the urgency of changing your shipping address! Here’s what we can do:
- If your order hasn’t shipped: There’s a chance we can update the address. Please contact our customer service immediately at support@braslover.com and provide your order number and the correct address.
- If your order has shipped: It may be too late to change the address. However, still contact customer service as they may have options. You can also try contacting the shipping carrier to see if a reroute is possible.

You can easily track your BrasLover order! Here’s how:
Order Confirmation Email: When your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view the shipment’s progress.
Your Account: If you created an account on our website, you can log in and view your order history. You’ll find tracking information there.
Carrier Website: Often, the tracking number links directly to the shipping carrier’s website (like FedEx, UPS, etc.). You can also visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number for detailed updates.

Don’t worry, mistakes happen! The most important thing is to act quickly. Here’s what you need to do:
Contact Us Immediately: The sooner you reach out, the better the chances of correcting the address. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@braslover.com . Include your order number and the correct shipping address.
We’ll Assess the Situation:
- If the order hasn’t shipped: We may be able to update the address with no problem.
- If the order has shipped: We’ll work with the shipping carrier to see if the package can be rerouted. Unfortunately, this is not always possible.
Possible Carrier Intervention: In some cases, you might need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request an address change or reroute. We’ll provide you with the tracking number and any information to help.
Important Note: The ability to change the address depends on how far along your package is in the shipping process. We’ll do everything we can to help!
We do our best to consolidate your BrasLover order into as few packages as possible for both convenience and environmental reasons. However, there are a few situations where you might receive multiple packages:
- Items from different warehouses: If the items you ordered are located in different warehouses, they might ship separately.
- Backordered items: If part of your order is backordered, the in-stock items may ship first while the backordered item(s) will ship later once available.
- Large orders: With very large orders, multiple packages might be necessary for logistical reasons.
